March is going to be a heavy training month. In April it will be harder time wise to fit in my training, and in May races start. So this month really has to count. Here is the plan for the month:
-A total of 24 hours either on the bike trainer or outside (though I won't be able to ride on trails yet, only boring roads, boo!)
-130 miles of running, mostly on steep hills
-2 yoga workouts
-8 core workouts
-8 Strength workouts
Quality, quality, quality! This month really has to count. By the end of the month I might not be doing any of my jumping, but as long as I'm on my feet it's all good.
