I'm working on a race schedule for the year, but not every race is up yet, so I haven't gotten that far.
May 4-Battle of Burlingame 6 hour endurance race in Rhode Island. I'll be doing this as a warm up race for the season.
May 25th-Pineland Farms 25k trail race. I won't be running this competitively at all because i'm not training for it. But I've been at Pineland for one race or another for the past 4 years, and I don't want to miss it this year. I have to do something!
June 21st-Mount Washington road race, IF I get in.
That's as far as I've gotten. I'll update more when I have a concrete plan.

The Battle at Burlingame has tons of bridges like you see in this picture. I'm an expert at falling of of these. So, in a couple months I'll be setting up a series of these in the back yard to practice. I'll be sure to take video and post, especially good ones of me falling. Falling is part of learning!
One complication has arisen in my training. I started having significant pain in my hamstrings, which didn't go away with massage, rest, epsom salt, or anything. I also started hang a minor pain in my hip. I thought it felt like a rotated pelvis (which I've had twice before) so I went to the chiro. It turns out that's not it, but there is something going on, which he can't really pin point yet. It seems as those something is impinging on my blood flow to my lower body. So we're going o do some treatment. For now he is recommended I don't run for long periods at a steep incline, which is how I've bent raining for Mount Washington. Low incline for a short period is ok. While that's a set back in my Mount Washington training, it's better than ending up with a serious injury. My running has been very minimal in the last 2 weeks anyway because of the hamstring pain. My workouts on the bike trainer have at least been good.
So that
