Last week was a bit of a light week with 11 hours and 15 minutes of training, which did include a 3 hour ride on the bike trainer. This week had more volume and was also fairly intense. I had a total of 12 hours and 55 minutes of training, including 9.5 hours on the bike trainer. It actually was going to be higher. I just decided to take today off. 3 out of 5 people in my house are sick (really sick!) I feel ok, just a little tired. I'm nervous about pushing my body right now and lowering my immune system. Probably smarter to skip today. It was still a good week.
In other news, I've got some new online training clients who I am working with on their nutrition and exercise. I'm excited to see their progress! If you are interested in some help, let me know.
